Construction: Constructed from a 60 mm thick aluminium composite panel door leaf within a thermally broken aluminium frame. The door slab’s core is an insulating material (such as high-density polyurethane) encapsulated by inner and outer aluminium sheets for rigidity. This gives the look of a premium aluminium door with the insulation of a composite.
-
Design Range: Choose from modern styles (flush finish, perhaps with satin glass slots or stainless strips), contemporary (grooved designs, curved elements), or traditional (with panels and even woodgrain finish options). We also offer matching side panels or flag windows if your entrance is larger than the door. Glazed openings in the door are available with double-glazed decorative glass – many styles from clear to sandblasted to stained glass motifs.
-
Hardware: High-security multi-point locking system engaging at multiple points around the frame (usually 3 hooks, 2 cams, 1 deadbolt, and latch). Comes with premium door furniture: for modern doors, bar pull handles or square rose lever handles; for traditional, options like antique-style knockers, central knob, etc. Hinges are 3D-adjustable and often concealed or color-matched for a clean look. We include a security escutcheon protecting the lock cylinder and high-security cylinders (anti-snap, anti-bump). Door viewers and smart locks can be integrated on request.
-
Weather & Thermal: Tested to extreme weather conditions – the double rebated seals and low thresholds (with disabled access compliance if needed) keep out water and air. These doors typically achieve around 1.0–1.3 W/m²K U-values, which is excellent for a front door (exact value depends on size and glazing). They comfortably meet Document L requirements for new doors. Threshold options include an ADA-compliant low threshold with thermal break or a higher step threshold for exposed sites (for maximum water resistance).

Finishing Touches: Each door is factory-finished with your chosen colour, and we offer options like satin etched numerals (house numbers) on glass, back-to-back pull handles, or letterbox placement (mid-rail or base of door). Internal side of the door comes with a neat appearance too – matching internal handle and optional architectural features. Additionally, our Signature Doors are virtually maintenance-free – no painting; just occasional lubrication of hinges/locks and cleaning of the finish is all that’s needed to keep it operating smoothly and looking immaculate.
